Lose control of the game - BUG

Hello, I hope you can help me. Game : FC25 ( Steam ) Pc , Keyboard When I start the game, after a short period of normal gameplay, I suddenly lose complete control of all the players on my team. The last player I was controlling starts running towards the corner without stopping, and I can't stop him or even change him. That is, I lose control of the game in general. 
I stay in this state for two to three minutes, then things return to normal, and then they repeat again after a short period.
This has happened to me three times in one match. I can't even play a full match. The same thing happens to me in the lobby. Has anyone else experienced this strange thing? What should I do please ?
