Lost account, can’t link new one

hello everyone! 
I had my EA account linked with PSN. Unfortunately was a yahoo account, which was deactivated. Doesn’t exists anymore! Nevertheless it’s still linked with my PSN, and I cannot link a new one because of it. Also I cannot log in into EA because it sends a verification code to the email (which i repeat, doesn’t exists).

please help! What can I do to link the new account??
