Cannot Log In to EA App
On Windows 11, if that helps at all. I ran a network test and according to everything my network is fine, so I'm not sure what is causing this issue.
I've had an EA account for several years and until the last few weeks, I was able to log in without any problems. A few weeks ago I encountered error code: EC:10001, stating that there was a problem with my account. When I initially reached out to support about it I was told that the issue was probably my network and that it should resolve in a few days, and until then I could use my mobile hot spot to log into my account until the issue resolved itself.
It has been weeks since then and I'm still having this issue, even though by all accounts my network is fine. Tonight while trying to log in using my mobile hot spot I encountered error code: EC:10004. Tonight I basically cannot get into my account because my previous issue is unresolved and for some reason now the app is having problems with me using my mobile hot spot.
Please help. As it stands right now I can't get into my account on the app and I have no idea what is causing this issue or how to fix it.
