lost all my packs

hadn't played sims for months and when I logged back on I had to update which was all fine. but once update was done I had none of my packs, and it said I have 0 hours played which is wrong. I had over 100 hours and had spent hundreds of dollars on expansion packs and more. I don't know how to get it back, please someone help me.

    It sounds like you didn't sign in to the correct account. Make sure you have signed into the account that you got your packs on.

  • I lost one of my game packs too! I had bought the Get to Work expansion pack awhile back and it was working perfectly fine last night, just to hop on this morning and now it says I've never purchased it. Absolutely livid about this because I'll lose all my stuff for ALL of my saved games and I will not be buying it again nor anything else, regardless on if it's on sale right now. I literally don't know how to get it back and I have no emails on a proof of purchase. I'm so at a loss right now. I only have one account with EA games and have been on that account ever since I started playing the sims.

    I thought this too at first but when I went into the game it had my last played households and everything but it when I went to play it said I didn't own those packs that I had used in those households. ive been through everything on EA app trying to work out how to get them back but nothing.
