lost dlc
I bought quite few dlc packs for the sims 4 and purchased it through klarna, i had them when i made my sims 4 save, bought a new pc and when i downloaded the origin app to my new pc the DLC vanished...

Origin for Windows PC has been sunset for quite some time now. To access your purchased content, please use the EA app for Windows, which you can download here:

Once installed, make sure to log in with the EA account that was used to purchase the DLCs.
If you’ve logged into the EA app and still don’t see your purchased DLC—and you’re certain the purchase was made directly through EA—it’s very likely that you’re signed into the wrong EA account.
