Lost some games
Hallo, when Origin store export data to EA App I lost two games, battlefield 3 and battlefield 4. How i can fix this situation? Thank's

Hey there, if you have the game codes or the invoice number for these purchases, please contact EA Help. With this information, they can locate your games and help you recover access. Click here to get started.
Grab the code from your DVD booklet and then under your name within the EA app, look for Redeem Product Code. It should then appear in the library, if not already?
(Good luck, I've been working with support on chat to get BF3 LE running...waiting to get home to test if what was done today in the backend worked)
