What version of macOS are you using (click here how to see this): Sonoma 14.5

Timestamp when the issue first occurred (date/time): May 16 2024 1:50 pm

When does the error occur (opening the EA app, starting a game via the EA app, or during gameplay?): app crashes, unable to open

What is the current version of your EA app (check here on how to see this): latest version 

I have tried reinstalling several times so no luck.
