do you have any updates for the people who replied with everything that was requested? (Mac model, OS, app logs, when the issue occurred, etc.?)
it seems like so many people are having this issue and we're not getting any responses or help

An update from me. I got my app to work! I don’t really know how but here’s what I did. I updated to sonoma 14.5 a few days ago (idk if that did anything but I’ll make sure to include everything I did). I redownloaded ea app and left it on my desktop without opening it for a day or so. I downloaded the ea app on a different windows computer and everything went smoothly. Next thing I know it’s working on my original laptop? I really have no clue, it seems super temperamental but if you can somehow log in from a different computer it might work?
