Mac EA app is not showing me my Origin content

All of my Sims games mostly add ons  i downloaded and put onto Origin are not there for me ever since i got the new EA app. I tried everything the support team told me to do and my add ons are not in the new EA app. It was working perfectly for me as i have been using the Origin app on my Mac for years now with the same account. The only thing i can get from my EA account is the base game. I would love to get all my add ons of the game i previously purchased, not only because it makes the gaming better but also because i have spent a lot of money on them.
