Madden 25 is cheating its customers out of millions.

Madden’s Ultimate Team has a Genki Force promo out right now. You play through a field pass to earn rewards and can even purchase a premium pass which most serious players do. 

I did not receive my 150 power from the Genki force field pass. I have the video footage to prove it. I reached level 13 which results in 150 power which I did not receive. Instead they gave me 22 power as if I won 6 on 6. 

I have bought countless premium passes from EA. Now that I noticed this, I wonder how often does this happen. We spends hundreds just to get cheated because they assume most players aren’t aware.
