Major technical issue

I cant resume or see any of my ea cases and they arent doing anything about it. Im having an f1 issue where it auto steers into corners even with assists off. But when i tried to contact ea, i couldnt resume case or see any responses inside it. It says resolved but i still cant do anything. I tried contacting for this exact issue too, but nothing was done and i still have this. So it would be great for me to get help with both.
