Can't Hear Race Engineer in F1 25 (and F1 24)

I'm on console and can't hear any commentary or voices within cutscenes in Braking Point. I hope you find a resolution because I want it ot work!

I’m on console and have this issue with no only F1, it does this on fifa for me too. It must be an EA thing… EAFC 24, EAFC 25, F1 24 and F125 I can’t hear commentary on EAFC or race engineer / cut scenes on F1 games. Hope someone can find a solution and fast because I want to play breaking point lol

Estou com o mesmo problema no F1 25, o jogo nao tem som nenhum durante as corridas e a vibração do controle nao funciona.
fora da corrida funciona, porem na corrida, fica mudo.
é serio que nao tem como abrirm um chamado para EA resolver o problema?

Adquiri o Jogo F125 esse final de semana e estou com o mesmo problema na platadorma Xbox Serie S.
Instalo o jogo e funciona o som e a vibração do controle, ao desligar o console e ligar novamente, o SOM some nas corridas e nao tem nada que faça voltar, nao tem narração, barulho dos radios, barulho do motor do carro, nada, um completo silencio.
Ao acabar a corrida, o som volta, o erro ocorre só no momento mais importanta do jogo, a corrida.
Entrei em contato com a microsoft e informaram que nada podem fazer que deveria procurar a EA.
Ao entrar em contato com a EA, me passaram esse chat para registrar o problema, disseram que é um problema novo, porem o erro já existe no F124 e nunca foi corrigido (erro recorrente).
Caso nao resolvam, terei que acionar as 2 empresas juducialmente para buscar uma reparação.

I’ve found the solution!! I’ve had the same issue as you not only in F1 25 but I had this on F1 24, EAFC24 and EAFC 25. The fix is really stupid to be honest it’s insane how it took me so long. Right I was playing F1 multiplayer online and I couldn’t hear the engineer as normal, during this race my friends invited me to an Xbox party so I turned my headset on and joined the party. Once I did this I could hear the engineer in my headset so I thought nothing of it and just thought ah maybe its fixed itself anyway, later on my friends went off so I turned my headset off and I couldn’t hear the engineer out my tv volume again, so I thought ill turn my headset on and see if I can hear the engineer out my TV. And yes, I can…

so long story short, turn your headsets on and you can hear the engineer out your tv, as soon as you turn your headset off, the engineer will go silent on your tv volume.

Tentei diversas vezes e não funcionou.

Incrível como a EA ignora seus usuários, nem uma resposta se estão investigando o problema ou uma possivel solução.

Having the same issue on PS5 PRO, connected to an AV Receiver (Yamaha RX-V6A) and outputting Atmos sound.

If i connect my headphones (Inzone H7) everything works as intended.

Sound settings are the same as F1 24 and it worked fine through the same AV Receiver.
