Missing games I bought!

I'm missing games I bought years ago. How can I get them back? They are listed in my purchase history but are not listed in EA app.

    Hey everyone,

    I'm closing this thread because it covered various errors in the EA app that aren't related and likely stem from different causes.

    If you're facing the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error, report it here with the requested data on page 1.

    For the "You don't have access" error, report it here with the requested data on page 1.

    If your EA app indicates a game has been removed from your library (see below), go here.

    Having this same issue with Jedi Survivor through gamepass. I have tried relogging, clearing EA cache, reinstalling EA app, reinstalling Jedi Survivor (which now gets stuck at download preparing and then says download error) and finally relinking my xbox gamepass to EA account which can only be done once every 6 months or so?

    None of it has worked.

    Have played the game since it was added to Gamepass PC fine until today.
