Missing ME Legendary Edition from EA library

I purchased the Mass Effect Legendary Edition on 2021-05-12. I haven't played it in a while, but with today being N7 day, i thought I'd download it and play ME for a bit. Logged on to my EA account and its not in my library. Check the store page and it says I need to purchase it. Check my EA account and it shows i did purchase it on 2021-05-12. Logged out of EA, cleared cache, relogged in. Game still missing. I do not have a different account (i used the same email/pw to log-in on the web to check my purchase history as the one i used to log into the EA app)
