Paypal Payment option not working correctly.

Question

I tried completing a purchase through the EA app for a Sims 4 expansion pack purchase with Paypal.

Im unsure if this is the place to report it but, once the pop up to log in into Paypal comes onto the screen it does not let you type your log-in information. The buttons work properly but not the keyboard. It is not a problem with my laptop beacuse I have been using it to type so I assume it must be the pop up that is causing this issue. I am using a Macbook Air( Tahoe 26.3.2)

I have restarted my laptop and the app as well and tried about 4 times to log in with no success. Thank you.

I’m having the same issue! I’ve always paid with PayPal and this is the first time I’ve ever had this happen.

I'm having the same issue. I've been waiting for Adventures Awaits to go on sale and now I can't even purchase it! I refuse to use any other form of payment but paypal!
