i wanted to buy ea fc 25 on pc it says i needed my card details so i did then it took £2 out my bank and said that it failed to do it so now i cant get the game and my details still are not on my acc...

If you're seeing a minor charge like that, it's typically a temporary authorization charge through your bank or card company.
That should automatically be returned by your bank, typically within 72 hours though that may depend on the particular bank. If you're not seeing that charge returned within a few days I would reach out to your bank directly so they can take a look.
