my ea account

so my xbox account got hacked which i used to play apex legends only, i still have access to my ea account and email but the issue is i can’t link my ea account to a new xbox account someone please help me out

    my xbox account was hacked my i have full access to my ea account and email they are playing on a xbox so i want to re link it to a new xbox account but i can’t i’ve reached out to customer support for the past 5 hours absolutely nothing it’s like they don’t want to help at all
