Hi ! Recently i've been trying to open the EA platform so I could play Sims 4 as I always do, and I don't understand why but the plaform refuses to open. I mean it opens but nothing shows on the screen so that makes it impossible to play.
I tried to delete everything and download it again properly but it doesn't work. I also checked the updates on my mac and everything seems to be okay.
Can somebody help ?

It sounds like you're having the exact same issue as me. Mine has been broken for MONTHS! I have literally done everything. So frustrating having a game i spent real money on buying packs that I cant even use.
because why do i have 800 dollars in a game that doesnt work?

played with drivers
compatability run
ran as admin
restarted
uninstalled
reinstalled
updated an up to date brand new machine
what do i do? anyone? and ea help people are so unhelpful. they literally sent me here. like wth
^idk why they marked that as a soultion when its not. its me going through every possible troubleshoot and it still not working
I just fixed my EA app after it not working for months! I hope this works for you if you haven't already solved the issue.
