my pack is gone.

so i bought high school years the first time it ever went on sale and played it for while. i had a few saves with it and i loved the pack, but then i got really busy and kind of forgot about the game and i recently started playing it again. i wanted to play on my old save and it said i had to purchase it or something like you dont own the pack. so i couldnt play it but its the same account and all the other packs that i had bought in the past before that were still on there. so i dont know what to do and i dont want to buy it again because i already bought it once. PLEASE HELP!
