Hi, how can i recover my 2016 Origin purchase?

Email and user are the same

Was you able to restore anything?.. I have same problem with 2 games, reported it multiple of times and agents keep saying it is bug then i wait it is labeled resolved but it is not then when i contact again some keep saying not fixable and old game although they are still selling it then he told me our team working on it. They keep lying, I would never buy anything from them again.
