Porschedawno4, WoW! EA is no help either, I am so sorry you lost all your games also. Thats a lot of money to just loose, without getting any answers or help to get them back! My sister is so frustrated. This happened to her when she had to switch from Origin to the EA app. she contacted them right away and got no help at all, then she contacted again and got the same answers as the first time which was an email with things to try which did nothing to help her. I thought by posting her problem here may help her get some answers on how to get her games back. I don't know why EA could not just reset her EA App and put her games back. she has all her reciepts and all her codes to prove she owns them all. She even tried to reenter her codes to redownload her games but it says those codes are already in use's. she is at a total loss as I am sure you are also. Just a shame!!
