Games have been removed from your library

Question

PC user EA Appall these games have been removed from my library. I went onto Game Hub to add them back and all its giving me is to re-buy the gamesIm not sure about this Sims 4 Bonus Content reason as i know i purchased a bunch of Sims 4 DLCs including the Base Game for my girlfriend to playI had all these games when Origins was around and i think something has gone wrong when the switch was made to EA App.I shouldnt have to re-purchase games that I already purchased&nbsp;

i have. 1st time i opened a ticket they closed it 2 days later with no response and it was marked as resolved. spoke to someone on live chat and they said they would keep the case open and it was changed to closed. so im kinda out of ideas on what to do, besides consider my loses and rebuy everything on steam since the staff team there are more helpful

If your EA Play subscription has expired, the games can be removed from your library. If you purchased the games through the EA app or have a physical copy with the game code, please make sure to provide that to the EA Help team so they can investigate this further.&nbsp;
