I did manage to get it worked out, but it took forever to do it, and it was only after I dug around and finally found a way to chat online with a real person, because really those chat bots are completely useless, even with the simplest question they are of no help. And I'm not just talking about on EA, but every site I've tried to use a chat box on, though, most others, will give up itself if you say it didn't help, and they will either put you in touch with a real person on the chat or give you a phone number to talk to someone. Though with some of them, you also talk to a bot, and have to try to get it to connect you to a real person, since they too can't help most of the time. As I said chat bots are totally useless.
I would try and explain how i got to contact a real person, but even I don't remember how, I had to keep jumping around on the EA site, I looked some things up on Google too, but I'm not sure how I got to a real person now, wish I had bookmarked it.
But I just wanted to let everyone know this matter for me has been resolved.
