I bought the last expansion pack but it was still in pre-order so I redeemed the product and waited till the release.
I have the new expansion in the list of add-ons but there's nothing to click for me to download it and when I search the add on its written that I need to purchase it even though I already own it.
I did the recovery, the repair I even un-installed the game and reinstalled it nothing.
It's really frustrating I need help 😫

I brought my code from Eneba and i am having the same issue. Showing up in add-ons but i cant download the game. The EA app is still trying to make me purchase it. I have gone on the website again and i think ive actually brought the bonus downloadable content on the pre-order only and not the business and hobbies game - for £23 🤬😡 SCAM
You need to redeem both codes if you pre ordered the add-on you got 2 codes
Ive been back on the website to see and it says "The base game The Sims 4 EA App Key and The Sims 4 Businesses & Hobbies Expansion Pack is required in order to play". I assumed as it was priced at £23 it was the full game 😣 Probably happen to other people too....
But ive definitely only got one code on my email from them
