No games in the library!!!

I was playing sims 4 through origin before, then the update came and I updated it and there was no problem. I didn't play the game for a while and today when I wanted to play again, my library looked like the attachment I attached below. I deleted and reinstalled it from the beginning and it didn't fix it. I downloaded origin to play from there but it forces me to update. Some of the people who had this problem solved it on windows. but I'm using a MacBook and I couldn't solve my problem. Also when I go into packages to make purchases I don't see them either.

and I would also like to point out that the game updated this morning. but I deleted the whole game thinking there was a problem. now I don't have the option to restore it. My 1 year sims family is gone because of your update. FİX THİS!
