No internet connection - nothing works & have tried everything.

For the last few weeks, EA App for MAC has been unable to go online. I've still been able to play The Sims 4 and buy/download expansion packs. Since the update, I was been stuck at 2%. I deleted and ...

Was having all of these issues a few months ago and tried every fix the EA chat recommended and videos and nothing did it. As a last resort I tried unplugging and plugging my wifi back and it was the only thing that fixed it. May help you, though I will say I am now having the issues all over again so it's definitely caused on the EA side.

    Thanks for the suggestion! I've tried and am still having the same issue - I even tried when I went to a different country, and nothing has resolved. Hopefully, they fix it soon 😩
