No left menu button available on EA app

I was wanting to play The Sims 4 in offline mode, which I haven’t done on the EA app. When I watched a video I saw that there was a menu on the left which I do not have. I also don’t have the option to full screen the app. Is there any soloutions? I am on Mac if that contributes to the issue.

    @maeziie  Click Account in the menu bar, in the upper-left corner of the screen, to see the Go Offline option.

    The EA App won't go to exclusive fullscreen, sure, but you can make it take up most of the screen, minus the menu bar and dock, by clicking the green button in the upper-left corner of the App window.  This setting has no effect on Sims 4.
