Not Compatible

I've had the EA app for years and it had been working just fine up until about a week ago. I've been getting error code 10005 about it not connecting to the network so I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times. Now when I troubleshoot the app, it's saying that EA launcher isn't compatible with my system. I have Windows 10 and it keeps saying that it's only compatible with Windows 8. How do I fix this issue. I just want to play sims.

    Hey there,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues launching the EA app. You can try using CCleaner to clear out issues and errors. This program will help you uninstall the EA app and remove any remaining files. Once that's done, please redownload the EA app installer from https://www.ea.com/ea-app and install it again.
