Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

hello! im not sure if this has already been discussed or not, but I couldn't find a solution for this anywhere.

I had to delete sims 4 and the EA app from my Mac for storage reasons less than a year ago but redownloaded both a few days ago. When downloading, I noticed that none of my previously bought expansion packs were there. I tried logging off and on to refresh it but nothing showed up. I bought them a long time ago too, around the origin era, some being off amazon and origin.

I really dont want to have to buy them all again cause I have already spent a lot on them before. any ideas on how I can bring them back?
