So I am in the same boat. I bought the game back when it launched and got the "Legion of Dawn" edition. My buddies just bought the game this past weekend on the EA app and they can play just fine.
At the moment if writing this, I have gone through this form and tried everything and nothing works. I had 2 chats with EA live chat and now they have removed from that option from EA help. I guess the only thing that works if getting you version of the game set to standard, but not they sill not even talk to us live anymore.
So tell me EA, how exactly are you supporting your customer base?
@FromTheWolfs As of last night the team is working on some backend things to get this updated. There I not currently a need for live support to fix this on their end as it is being resolved from the games teams side. We do have to wait a bit long I am afraid but it is currently being worked on.
