As for steps needed to be taken on the player's end to "fix it", there are currently no steps that need to be taken as the games team is resolving this on their end and not on the player's end. I understand waiting around is never fun, but until they post an update on what is or has happened, we have to wait for that resolution to happen from the team.
I wasn't referring to steps on the player's end - you have made it clear that internal teams need to do the work on this one. Instead I was asking for a breakdown of what those teams are doing and what sort of issues they have identified. Again, it's just about fostering transparency and enabling people to be a little less frustrated while we wait.
