Owned packs not available in game

Hello,

I recently moved all of my data from my old PC to my new one, I originally had packs through Steam but have also purchased packs in the EA app before. I have downloaded the game via Steam and can see most of the packs I own through both Steam and the EA app except for the 4 attached. I own all of them via the EA app and although they are showing under my owned content, I cannot select them in game. I've cleared my cache and repaired the game via Steam with no luck.

Please help!
