Owned packs not on new device

I have been playing The Sims 4 for almost 8 years on an older laptop and I have just gotten a new device. I downloaded the EA App without any problems and the game and the add-ons started downloading immediately. However, after I launched the game I noticed that two packs that I have previously had in my game disappeared from my library and I can not download them to this device. It just gives me the option to buy them. After noticing this I had a look at my old computer, where the EA App was still installed and the 2 packs are still in my library over there. I also tried repairing the game as some threads about similar problems recommended without any change. I would hate to buy these two again…
