Pack not here
i got the island living pack and for some reason its not popping up. its just telling me to purchase it again. the money got taken from my account and EA emailed me the receipt so im confused.

If you take a look at the order history on your EA account, is the purchase for this pack showing as failed, processing or completed?
I've had the exact same issue for both a direct from EA purchase and a redeemed code, and both show as completed in my order history. Yet nowhere to be found in my purchased library on the EA app.
