Pack shows installed in EA app but not downloaded in game
My Royalty pack shows installed in EA app,but not downloaded in Sims 4 . This license error is crashing my script mods. Please refresh my account Entitlements.

"Thank you for responding! I already cleared the EA App cache and ran a full game repair today, but the Royalty pack still says 'Not Downloaded' in the in-game world menu. The EA App says it is installed, but the game itself does not see it. It is an account license glitch from February. Please refresh my account entitlements on your end so the pack will unlock. Thank you

Just to confirm, if you navigate to Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection, is the Royalty and Legacy pack installed and active? If not, please clear the EA App's cache and repair the game before checking if the pack appears installed in-game.
If you're seeing any technical issues with mods, it'd be best if you create a thread on our Mods board for assistance.
