Packs Aren't Working
My game is saying I need to download packs that I already own. None of the packs that I have already paid for are working. Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it? This is so frustrating

qu33n0fh3art95 Does the EA App say your packs are owned and installed or not? Please look under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
Please also let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS.
