packs not showing up in EA and sims 4
i bought the get to work and my first pet packs, and they haven't been installed.. i have no idea whats going on, i even repaired sims 4 and tried to download the packs from add ons, is this a glitch...

I had the same issue a few days ago, what worked for me was logging into my ea account in my browser, going to my account settings changing my region and saving. I dont know why but after doing that and restarting the ea app the sims 4 packs I had bought showed up and I could download & play them
