okay so I recently bought a Mac book my old computer was a dell I got most of my packs and they downloaded but about five of my packs just say available on windows and won't let me download them I tried looking on credit but was unsuccessful at finding anything I would really appreciate if some one could help so I don't loose hundreds of dollars of packs.
sna0jx9med5h Sorry that no one got back to you before now. Did you happen to buy the affected packs through Steam or Epic? If so, that's the issue: neither of these platforms offers the Mac version of the game, so their DLC doesn't work in macOS. Steam-owned content in particular only works when you install the game through Steam (or at least that's how it's supposed to be), meaning you can't access those packs on a Mac because Steam won't install any Sims 4 content into macOS.
