Packs not working

I have done a troubleshoot in the Sims Discord server like signing out and restarting pc as well as reinstalling the EA app. I own 81 packs and they are not showing up when I load up the game. It is only allowing me to use the holiday pack. I created a new character to test it out. I have the mods turned off so not sure if it that, but something is preventing my packs to also load besides just the Holiday pack. I would really like to play the game but with my packs I own. I need some help with this.
