Path not found / Can't find EA app shortcut

Hi dee15644​  -- I’m really sorry this has been so frustrating. We haven't "shut the game down," and this is something we can fix together. We’ll take it one small step at a time.

What’s happening is usually just a broken shortcut or a corrupted EA app install. Here’s the easiest way to reset it:

Step 1: Check if the EA app is still installed

1. Click the Start button (bottom-left of your screen)
2. Type EA app
   • If you see it in the list, try opening it from there
   • If nothing shows up, it means the app needs to be reinstalled

Step 2: Reinstall the EA app (safe and simple)

1. Open your internet browser (Edge, Chrome, etc.)
2. Type ea.com/ea-app and press Enter
3. Click Download EA app
4. When it finishes downloading, double-click the file and follow the on-screen steps

This will not delete your games or saves -- it just repairs the launcher.
