Thank you.....My user ID is my name on this post.
Time of error approx 9pm GMT (it was working fine at 7pm GMT)
I'm using Windows 10 and the error appears when I double click on the EA icon, if I click on a the sims 3 icon to play it or if I try to install purchased items from the sims 3 store. I have deleted caches via app recovery and unstalled and reinstalled the app from your website.
My error report ID is: 55b5142d-a9d1-4802-a80f-77537305bd3d
