Are you playing on a Windows PC or Mac: PC
If Windows, what Windows version are you using: Windows 10 pro, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor.

Please share the most recent EA app logs and attach them to your post (check here on how to do this): N/A / can't access.
I tried multiple things to fix this, and spoke with 4 EA advisors, but nothing has helped.
I tried the following:
- Made sure my Windows and Visual c++ is up to date. (I uninstalled and newly installed Visual c++).
- Checked my internet connection, it is stable and fast.
- Cleared my PC space.
- Run a clean boot/PC.
- Cleared the app data cache for anything EA related.
- No other apps etc run in the background or systems blocking the app.
- De-installed my Anti Virus program.
- Turned down my UAC.
- Unplugged the PC, waited and plugged back in.
- Renamed the EA folders.
- Set EA App to run as administrator.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App multiple times.
- Deleted the Sims 4 folder.
- Uninstalled Sims 4.
I have done all this too and am about to lose my mind!
