Forum Discussion
Greetings,
After trying all of the previous fixes in the various discussion (and i mean ALL of them) I noticed that in EA folder in the Start Up menu where you hit App Recovery to 'Clear Cache' there is all so an option to hit (EA App Updater). After clicking on the updater, my EA App finally launched. Thus after many days of heartache and not being able to play my Mass Effect game, I can now play it.
Hope this helps everyone still trying to discover a fix for there EA App.
No,it doesn't work. I am WIN7,and you?
- 11 months ago@MiracleKiratts Hello - sorry to hear that this fix did not work for you in Win-7. I am using Win-10. Did you try the other fixes as well? Clear Cache. Reinsall App, Repair app, Delete all file folders when you uninstall, etc?

Of course I have done all you said!
Last Saturday, I updated the trash EAAPP to v13.188, it worked at that time, for only once, the interface showed up. (still can not lauch the games said Invalid License)
I exited the EAAPP and re-lauched it, then the crashed report here again and again.
What a trash!
