@MiracleKiratts Hello - sorry to hear that this fix did not work for you in Win-7. I am using Win-10. Did you try the other fixes as well? Clear Cache. Reinsall App, Repair app, Delete all file folders when you uninstall, etc?

    Of course I have done all you said!

    Last Saturday, I updated the trash EAAPP to v13.188, it worked at that time, for only once, the interface showed up. (still can not lauch the games said Invalid License)

    I exited the EAAPP and re-lauched it, then the crashed report here again and again.

    What a trash!
