Community ManagerI just got the notification that Origin is not working on my MacBook anymore, and I need to download the EA App. After installing the EA app, it won't start. I keep getting crash notifications and that's it. After contacting EA, the only workable solution was to reinstall the EA App. It doesn't work and I keep getting crash notifications. Now I can't play my Sims 4 game anymore. How soon will this problem be fixed? I payed enough money for The Sims 4, even bought a new pack a week ago. I play this game for years, and now I can't play all of a sudden because of a faulty app. I am so dissapointed for the "help" I got.. Are there any workable solutions for my expensive game?
Its been months since the first complaint and im having the same issue. Has anyone solved this problem
Had this problem a month ago. It is now back again. App crashes. I get the "backround services crashed" popup. Manual update does not do anything except confirming the app is already up to date. And that's it. Well done (again).
Has there been any sort of solution? It's crazy how this massive company isn't even able to easily fix their app after MONTHS of complaints.
