Still experiencing the "The app crashed unexpectedly" or "Background Services Crashed" error?
If you're still experiencing the error(s) in the EA app, even after updating the client to the most recent version, clearing the EA app cache (if possible), or repairing the EA app (only possible on Windows), please share the following requested data with us where possible:

Hey just curious does the crash happen usually after you have to do an app recovery because somehow your games don't show as installed? That is the only time I get the app or background service crash is right after it closes and then tries to connect. I used to have to do the same stuff let it update to whatever version and then it would be fine for a day or two. But seriously doing app recovery all the time can't be good for it. I also find that a simple restarting of the computer fixes it to. For at least a few days.
