Hiya! I cannot log into my account on the EA App because of the "The App crashed unexpectedly" error, but if I log in with a fresh account, newly made, it lets me log in just fine. I do not want a new account, though, because I have bought so many packs for the Sims ☹️
I have tried repairing the EA App, completely uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my computer, a combination of these plus deleting leftover program files, installing the EA app on different hard drives, clearing the cache (after managing to log in on the fresh account), running as administrator, disabling all my firewalls and built-in antivirus protection, etc. Nothing is working.

Timestamp when the issue first occurred (date/time): 30th August 2024, approx 9pm
When does the error occur (opening the EA app, starting a game via the EA app, Steam, Epic, or during gameplay?): after opening the EA app and logging in to my account
What is the current version of your EA app (check here on how to see this): 13.284.0.5797 (hotfix-5d9e1bb28d)
*Edit: if you can't open the client, you can't check this. That's okay!
