Pending Payment
I tried to purchase Sims 4 Lovestruck last night, using PayPal as a payment method, which has never been an issue before. The EA App says that they had issues getting my payment in the moment. Through PayPal it says that the order has been placed and that they're waiting for EA Inc to confirm the order. Through EA in my purchase history it says that the payment failed. Some claims that it's possible to cancel the order through PayPal, but I cannot for the life of me find the option to do so. The instructions are to go to PayPal's Activity, and there will be a button there that simply says "Cancel". I have a button that says "Print details" with no option to cancel.
How do I get rid of the pending order?

If the transaction shows as failed on your EA account, this would mean that it didn't go through, and you shouldn't have been charged on PayPal sides.
Did any money get deducted on your linked bank account? If so, you should be able to claim this money back on PayPal. Otherwise, get in touch with EA support here for further help.
I cannot say why the transaction has failed, as this can have an array of different reasons, but it might be because of insufficient funds on your PayPal account. So, if you want to try making the purchase again, check beforehand if you have enough money in your account.
Also make sure that your billing details on PayPal match the ones on your EA account.
