1 year agoIf your games are not showing on the EA app and also not under your purchase history, it's very likely that you signed in with a different account that you used to purchase the games. I'd suggest that you try signing in with other emails that you may have in case you had purchased the games on a different account. If you are still unable to find the correct account, then you can contact EA Help Support and provide them with an invoice number for any of your purchases and they should be able to assist you with that!
