Problem with the sims 4

Hi,

I'm having a problem with my Sims 4 game. I bought expansion packs (Business & Hobbies, City Living, and Cottage Living), entered the redemption code on the EA app, redeemed them, and clicked to download them. Everything looked fine, but when I launched the game, nothing happened. I don't have these expansion packs in game. I bought the Modern Luxe Kit the same day, and I'm also having trouble with it. Sometimes it shows up in-game, but when I launch the game again, it sometimes disappears and says I don't have it. I'm upset because I'd like to be able to use the expansion packs I bought, but I don't know what to do. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clicking "repair game," and resetting my EA account. I have no idea what to do next, so I'm writing to ask for help.

    Hi, it's not working, I tried twice. Yesterday I also tried downloading the game on my friend's laptop because I thought it was a problem with my laptop, but unfortunately, it didn't work either.

    "tell us about your issue." What should I choose from all the possible options? I'm not quite sure which problem this falls under.

    dokladnievtak​ If you selected email as your contact option, you'll get an email reply as soon as an advisor has reviewed your case.

    When you go into build mode, on the right-hand side just above the box displaying the items, you should see three lines which opens another menu, can you select the packs and see if the new packs you installed there appear there. If they appear there, then you know they have loaded, if not then you have an installation error
